Whitepost is a beautiful new weatherboard cottage
situated within the heart of the famous coastal town
of Whitstable, Kent. |

The
cottage is situated in a private secure courtyard
development which is in a prime location, just 40
yards from the beach and within short walking
distance from the charming Whitstable town centre.
The town offers a mix of shopping, restaurants, art
galleries and much more. Away from the town centre
you can enjoy long coastal walks or simply a walk
around the historic harbour. Children and adults
alike can enjoy the smugglers alleys, kite surfing,
sailing or crab fishing. |

If you
want to go further afield then Canterbury is just
six miles away and can be well accessed by public or
private transport.

Whitepost is a newly constructed weatherboard
seaside cottage. It has secure off street parking
for one vehicle and can comfortably sleep four plus
two. The cottage is maintained to a high standard
and been thoughtfully designed and furnished
throughout. |

From the private ground floor entrance the
fully fitted kitchen can be accessed.
The kitchen is well stocked and has integral
appliances including a dishwasher, fridge
and freezer, stainless steel gas hob and
electric oven. Off the hall there is
also a downstairs lavatory and basin and in
a separate cupboard housing a washing
machine/tumble dryer. |

The lounge area is light and spacious. It
has comfortable and contemporary furnishings
and a flat screen TV and DVD player. In
the dining area there is comfortable seating
and a large games and entertainment cupboard
for our guests to use.
Step outside to the small sun trapped
courtyard with pots and flowers and
table and chairs for enjoying the warm
weather. |

The first floor is accessed via a carpeted staircase
and provides a twin bedroom with a large cupboard
for storage. There is a family bathroom on this
floor with a bath and shower overhead and a third
bedroom with comfortable bunk beds. The second
staircase leads to the top floor which hosts a
master bedroom with a beautiful cast iron
double bed, bedside table and lamps and its own
ensuite bathroom facilities.
